Who performs the service?

LGEAI’s will provide service center information and status of warranty at the time the repair is requested.

Under the “Request PTAC Service” option, you will provide your address information and description of the issue you are experiencing. If more information is needed a LG Representative will call or email requesting additional information.

  

Where can I locate my model and serial number?

Remove the front panel and the white label will show you this information.
